This salad contains some of my absolute favorite ingredients in the world. Champignon mushrooms, garlic and home made mayo. It is so easy to do that i can hardly say were cooking this.
For this recipe i decided to use canned mushrooms. They work so much better in this recipe. If you want to use fresh ones you have to saute them. But i don't advise you to do that because they leave a lot of moisture and their color changes. So this is why it is better to use canned ones.
- Roughly chop the mushrooms and finely chop the parsley.
- I used home made mayo of course. You'll find the recipe here.
- In a bowl add chopped mushrooms, dill, crushed garlic, mayo and pepper.
- Mix very well and refrigerate a bit before serving.
