We all love Raffaello candies right? There is something heavenly in that crispy round wafer, filled with sweet delicious cream and almond, coated with coconut flakes. Well i have a recipe that will teach you how to make home made Raffaello candies.
It is very easy to make and pretty similar to the original. Well i didn't manage to mimic that crispy wafer yet, but i can assure you that they are worthy to make.
You must use very thick sweetened condensed milk. I recommend using Nestle condensed milk.
The quantity of almonds is approximate. You will need one almond for each candy you make. I didn't count my candies after i made them, but there was a full plate, and i had some left over almonds.
